All of our flower designs are handmade to order and because of the perishable nature of products, we regretfully do not accept any returns. If you are unhappy with your order we advise you to make a complaint within 3 working days. This will assist us in resolving any complaints quickly.  

Refunds

If you have received a damaged item, then please contact us within 3 days of receipt, to discuss a refund or replacement. Refunds will only been issued when the item has been returned.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch Letterbox and Gift Flower orders within 2–3 working days. Custom or wedding orders will take longer depending on design and availability. We aim to dispatch wedding flowers two weeks before your wedding date.

Do you deliver dried flowers across the UK?
Yes — we deliver throughout the UK. We use Royal Mail. 

Can I include a personalised message with my order?
Of course! You can add a gift note at checkout, and we’ll include it beautifully handwritten in your package.
